During your lesson I use hands-on guidance and verbal explanations to help you find ease and balance within yourself in simple movements
and everyday activities such as sitting, standing, walking or bending. Part of the lesson will include lying down in the semi-supine position allowing maximum support and relief for the back.
As you participate more in your lessons you become aware of how you currently use your boby in movement which will enable you to change long-standing habits. In time your will be able to use your new understanding and skill in more complex and demanding activities. You can bring awareness and poise to anything you do.
Lessons are 40 minutes long and the format of the lesson it tailored to each pupil. It is advised that you wear clothing that allows freedom of movement.
It is suitable for people of all ages and levels of physical mobility.
Most people notice an improvement within 2-3 lessons however for any lasting benefit to be retained a series of between 6-24 lessons are recommended.
